Massachusetts General Laws require the payment of filing and other fees, by the petitioner, libellant in the Probate Courts, and that they be paid in advance.

Please expect your request to take at least ten business days to process. 

Fee Changes effective October, 2007. The following fees, determined by the Chief Administrative Justice of the Trial Court
To G.L. c. 262, § 4B, shall be charged in all Trial Court Departments:

Attested (court sealed) copy of Court Documents and Records including Docket Sheets or other papers in the possession and under the control of the Register………...………….$2.50 each page

Unattested (plain copy) copy of Court Documents and Records including Docket Sheets or other papers in
